What is Nazca?
Nazca Financial Partners draws its name from the Nazca Lines, the ancient geoglyphs of Peru, a testament to both ingenuity and long-term vision. Just as these massive designs can only be fully appreciated from a high vantage point, financial success often requires taking a step back to see the bigger picture and gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities businesses face.
Founder Eduardo Céspedes, chose the name Nazca as a tribute to his Peruvian heritage and a reminder that businesses, like the Nazca Lines, require careful planning, strategic execution, and a broader perspective to thrive. FOUNDER & PARTNER
Eduardo Céspedes, CPA
Eduardo Céspedes is a seasoned CPA with over 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, specializing in controllership, auditing, tax planning and financial consulting. His career spans both external and internal financial roles, including serving as a financial controller for a vertically integrated cannabis company and working as an external auditor at some of the top firms in the U.S. With eight years of expertise in the cannabis industry, he has developed a deep understanding of both regulatory and operational financial challenges.
Driven by a passion for helping businesses thrive, Eduardo founded Nazca Financial Partners to bridge the gap for small to mid-sized companies often overlooked by larger consulting firms. His approach is hands-on, combining strategic financial guidance with the latest technology to build efficient, remote-friendly financial systems that empower both clients and his team.
Outside of work, Eduardo enjoys training in Taekwon-Do, staying active at the gym, and refining his skills in photography. He also loves spending time with his cats, Nori & Milo, teaching them new tricks.

Karina Céspedes
Karina Céspedes is a senior associate at Nazca Financial Partners with a passion for helping businesses stay organized, compliant, and positioned for growth. She grew up assisting her family with administrative work, which inspired her lifelong dedication to supporting people and managing finances. Karina is also trilingual in Spanish and Portuguese, enabling her to connect with a diverse range of clients.
She earned her accounting degree from Rutgers University and spent several years at a medium-sized accounting firm, gaining experience across real estate, investments, not for profits, and other industries. Her expertise includes tax services, bookkeeping, and audits. She brings a modern, tech-savvy approach to every client engagement. Karina is actively studying to earn her CPA, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Karina enjoys spending time with her kids, fiancé, and their dog, balancing her professional life with family moments. She approaches accounting with the same dedication and care she brings to her personal life: professional, thorough, and approachable.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR & BOOKKEEPER
Rosario Ramírez
Rosario Ramírez is the Office Administrator at Nazca Financial Partners, where she oversees internal operations and provides bookkeeping support to client accounts. She brings several years of diverse bookkeeping and management experience to the team, having worked across a broad spectrum of industries, from the fast-paced world of local coffee shops to the complex, highly regulated cannabis sector. Driven by the philosophy that organization is the backbone of any successful business, she takes pride in refining systems, whether that’s designing more efficient data collection methods or simplifying daily processes to boost productivity.
Outside of work, Rosario is likely fueling her curiosity with a non-fiction book, finding her flow at a Pilates class, or exploring the best local coffee shops.
